This is the showroom. It is the one place in the territory where you can stand in front of a door and look at it before deciding, and it covers south Bergen, the Meadowlands and into Hudson County.
What happens after you get in touch
Tell us what the door is doing and roughly where you are. Most problems can be narrowed down over the phone — a snapped spring, a cable off the drum and a dead opener all sound different when described, and knowing which one it is decides whether you need someone today or an appointment next week.
Estimates are free. If we can tell you it is a small fix rather than a new door, we will.
What is useful to have ready
- What the door is doing now, and what it did just before it stopped.
- Whether a car is trapped inside.
- Roughly how old the door is, if you know.
- For a new door: a photo of the front of the house, and the width and height of the opening.
Urgent versus scheduled
A door stuck open that will not secure the garage, a door stuck shut with a car behind it, a snapped spring or a door off its track are all emergency garage door repair jobs and we take those around the clock. A noisy door, a dead remote or a keypad that needs reprogramming can wait for a normal appointment and will cost you less.
